These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlj9 ("jlj9," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jlj9 website located at jlj9.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one (1) active jlj9 account. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or submission of fraudulent or altered documentation, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

3.4 Account Security

4.1 Deposits

jlj9 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100 PHP. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jlj9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be fulfilled before the associated bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, arbitrage, or any form of bonus abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire upon the end of the validity period.

8. Accessing the jlj9 Platform when subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, or on behalf of a person subject to such restrictions.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding bonuses subject to wagering requirements and any applicable administrative fees will be returned to the account holder via the last registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jlj9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
